Fixes #142 Add a new workbook file and update various configuration files to support the integration of the reliability workbook. * **ReliabilityWorkbookIntegration.workbook**: Add a new workbook file with parameters and queries for resource management and SLA information. * **.github/workflows/build-and-draft-release.yml**: Update the workflow to build and deploy the workbook. * **.github/release-drafter.yml**: Update the configuration to ensure release notes are correctly generated and categorized. * **README.md**: Update the deployment steps to include the new workbook and ensure all prerequisites are met. * **scripts/deploy-workbook.sh**: Review and update the deployment script for any errors or misconfigurations. --- For more details, open the [Copilot Workspace session](https://copilot-workspace.githubnext.com/Azure/reliability-workbook/issues/142?shareId=XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
